At RSR Finance we pride ourselves on our flexibility in originating creative financing structures tailored to individual company situations.  Often these are situations where for a variety of potential reasons traditional financing sources (e.g. private equity and venture capital funds, leasing companies, and banks) may be unwilling or unable to invest. In return, we look for investments where, in our view, the potential rewards outweigh the risks. These can be high risk/higher reward or low risk/moderate reward situations, and range from raw start-ups to established companies.  We often focus on investments in technology (particularly data centers, cloud computing, web hosting, internet infrastructure outsourcing, SaaS services, and application development) and manufacturing.  In addition, we lease equipment of all types to the above industries and others.
